Perpiero Toscana IGT 2019 - Tenuta Moraia

The delicate bouquet offers floral echoes of hibiscus, fragrant daphne and violet. Strawberries, blueberries, cassis and fuji apple reveal a nice fruity profile, supported by the balsamic touch of thyme and bay. The taste is smooth and intense with a component of Sangiovese that dance gracefully on the palate, while the depth of the Cabernet Sauvignon acquires thickness sip after sip. The slightly spicy tannins complete the acidity, balancing the exuberant fruity profile. The finish is festive and elegant with chiaroscuro notes of undergrowth and Mediterranean spice.
